From internal bench time to structured social impact
For several years, Klanik has been exploring different ways to structure its employees' engagement while questioning which model is most relevant for its organization. Before Komeet, the company was not starting from scratch: true to its Human 1.0 model, it already offered consultants on the bench the opportunity to work on internal projects or develop their own initiatives through an entrepreneurial incubator. Some even designed an immersive video game for candidates to discover the Klanik universe: World of Klanik (https://worldofklanik.klanik.com).
However, a challenge remained: mobilizing the right expertise at the right time and ensuring that certain roles were not left behind during bench periods. By becoming a mission-driven company in 2023, Klanik wanted to go further and structure its engagement to put employees even more at the heart of the project. The first steps were cautious, but they laid the foundations for a system that is now fully integrated into the company's dynamics.
Feedback

“At Klanik, the support provided by Komeet has been a real catalyst for strengthening our Human 1.0 model. Thanks to their impactful missions, we have been able to offer our employees between assignments a meaningful experience during a time when they need to look ahead and stay engaged. Komeet has allowed us to combine skill development, social commitment, and personal fulfillment. It’s a wonderful partnership that helps make Klanik a company where people feel useful, involved, and aligned with their values.”
Lauranne Neveu, CSR Project Manager

“I had a two-month gap between assignments last summer, so I took the opportunity to invest my time in volunteer work. I helped a non-profit update its website and launch a contest campaign. I also provided operational support to the founder of a curiosity box project aimed at teaching children about environmental conservation, and participated in the activities of an organization that supports women in precarious situations. These were varied and personally enriching missions, filled with new encounters and sharing. I find it very positive that Klanik gives its consultants the opportunity to put their skills to work for non-profits. It allows you to step back and reflect on your profession, the impact you can have beyond your daily tasks, and to meet committed people.”
