Disneyland Paris: Mobilizing the largest number of employees around company commitments

Disneyland Paris is the leading tourist destination in Europe welcoming millions of visitors from all over the world every year. Located in Île-de-France, it includes two theme parks, several hotels, an entertainment center and hundreds of different professions, from live entertainment to catering, including engineering, security or hotels. The company has always placed people and magic at the heart of its identity with local roots and attention to inclusion and solidarity.

From storytelling to societal impact to involve all Disney talents

At Disneyland Paris, solidarity commitment is nothing new: it has been part of the company's DNA since its creation. Through its Disney VolunteARS program, the company has been mobilizing its employees for years on solidarity actions related to children, inclusion and the environment. But in a context where societal expectations are evolving and where the issues of meaning at work are becoming central, Disneyland Paris wants to go further.

The objective? Open the commitment to all its stakeholders, diversify the formats of action and structure an approach that can reach all levels of the organization. In 2022, the company chose to use Komeet. The objective: to make engagement more accessible, more visible and more fluid in order to involve a greater number of employees in a collective dynamic.
