Generali: A social engagement program in 23 countries
Generali is one of the world's largest insurance groups. Committed to sustainability, the group created its foundation, The Human Safety Net, in 2017—a social innovation program that unites employees, customers, distributors, and partners around two priorities: helping vulnerable families and refugee entrepreneurs. Recognizing the vast number of people within their community, Generali wanted to mobilize them to provide concrete support.

From philanthropy to social innovation: Generali structures its international engagement
Since 2017, Generali has aimed to make solidarity-based engagement a structural pillar of its CSR strategy. Aware of the human potential within its global ecosystem, the company chose to mobilize this collective strength to take concrete action for the most vulnerable. Through its foundation, The Human Safety Net, the group operates in 26 countries to unlock the potential of families in difficulty and refugee entrepreneurs. All employees worldwide can contribute and get involved in this movement.
To deploy this dynamic on a large scale while respecting local specificities, the company relies on Komeet. The goal: to allow every employee to get involved easily, while ensuring global program management via a single platform for all countries. Generali also wanted precise reporting (allowing for detailed tracking country by country), and the implemented solution facilitates the integration of engagement into HR paths, internal highlights, and management dynamics.
Feedback

"It is quite rare and difficult to find a service provider with such an effective approach to client relations. We are supported on a daily basis by a Customer Success Manager capable of managing a large-scale international project. This was an essential point for me."

Global Head of Engagement
