Transforming intercontracts into a lever for impact and increasing skills

Before launching its social engagement program, Aleysia wanted to strengthen the commitment and motivation of its employees while offering a truly rewarding alternative to periods of intercontract. The objective was to create a system that was both useful for associations and enriching for employees, by promoting skills development and involvement in impact actions. And beyond simple training, the company sought to offer a new way of living the intercontract: a constructive, concrete and meaningful experience.

It was also a question of structuring actions aligned with its social responsibility and consistent with its values. Finally, Aleysia saw this program as an opportunity to build a truly “win-win” model, beneficial both for its teams (which develop their skills and their pride in belonging) and for associations, which benefit from valuable IT expertise. In short, the program aims to stimulate commitment, promote individual and collective initiatives, and place societal impact at the heart of a motivating, structured and responsible framework.

The 3 levers that made the engagement program take off

Spontaneous mobilization of volunteer employees

  • The enthusiasm of volunteer employees was a key driver of the program's success.
  • Consultants saw in skills sponsorship a concrete opportunity to give meaning to their periods of intercontract.
  • The commitment has not been imposed: it is based on volunteering, which reinforces the authenticity and involvement of employees

A strong involvement of internal referees to create the training

  • The program is managed in close collaboration with Manon PRUGNAUD, Communication & CSR Manager, and the HR teams, guaranteeing its alignment with the company's global strategy
  • These internal referents play a driving role in encouraging participation and creating a ripple effect.
  • They identify relevant opportunities, guide consultants to appropriate missions and ensure the smooth deployment of the program in the field.

Simple and effective methods for structuring dynamics

  • Regular communication made it possible to maintain the momentum and to give visibility to the actions taken.
  • Simple rituals: progress points, feedback, and sharing successes facilitated organization and motivated teams.
  • The program is thus based on a clear, measurable framework that is aligned with Aleysia's CSR ambitions.

Their support has made it possible to involve our consultants concretely, especially through intercontracts, and to transform our commitment into a real and structured impact.”

Manon PRUGNAUD, Communication, Marketing & CSR Manager

“Skill sponsorship is a great lever for commitment and professional development. Employees come out stronger, often with new skills and increased pride in belonging to the company. It is an initiative that makes sense, both for them and for us.”
